Collection: Anne McCarthy

My interest is in the blending and blurring of lines between photography, painting and printmaking. Photography has an immense impact on all other forms of visual art. Digital tools now allow those other forms to transform photographs into more of a hybrid image.

I have a BFA from Queen’s University where I incorporated non-silver photography into paintings. My work can be seen at the Gage Gallery Arts Collective in Victoria as well as at various juried shows.
